- Returns or refunds for new or refurbished laptops, desktops, and accessories are accepted only if reported within the specified return window mentioned at the time of purchase.
- Products must be returned in original condition with invoice, accessories, and packaging.
- Refurbished products may show minor cosmetic wear; such conditions are not eligible for refund.
