  • Returns or refunds for new or refurbished laptops, desktops, and accessories are accepted only if reported within the specified return window mentioned at the time of purchase.
  • Products must be returned in original condition with invoice, accessories, and packaging.
  • Refurbished products may show minor cosmetic wear; such conditions are not eligible for refund.

  • Once a used laptop or desktop is purchased from a customer and payment is made, the transaction is final.

  • Diagnostic or inspection charges are non-refundable.
  • Repair charges are non-refundable once the repair process has started or completed.
  • In case a repair is not feasible, the device will be returned in the same condition as received.
